Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the firm's resilience and response team, one of the functions within firm risk. Based in Europe and reporting to the director of response, you will work across all aspects of the firm to mature, evolve, and expand our ability to prepare for, avoid, respond to, and learn from disruptive events.
What You'll Do
As a specialist on the resilience and response team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and leading the maintenance of our crisis response programs throughout all levels of the firm. You will help shape and operationalize the strategy set by leadership in close collaboration with key firm functions. You will learn about and be exposed to the entire spectrum of functions (and their leadership) globally. You will support the directors and managers on the resilience and response team in the execution of core initiatives. In close collaboration with critical stakeholders and peers (including but not limited to risk, legal, communications, and people), you will lead projects and workstreams to strengthen our program building blocks by developing metrics, dashboards, and other tools supporting our global strategy and framework. You will also play an active role during disruptive events, providing support throughout the lifecycle of a crisis response and ensuring excellent response hygiene. Here, you will actively influence and drive the creation of practical operating models, playbooks, and supporting tools during and after disruptive events. You will need to think strategically about the evolution of programs and operationally during disruptive events. This role will require the ability to collaborate, listen, and help drive colleagues to act while working under pressure. As this is a crisis response role, you will sometimes have to work outside of regular business hours.
