As our Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable for the execution of logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) processes to ensure product flows (sea/air/road) run efficiently and effectively and the service provided to the customer meets the relevant standards.

How you’ll help us.

• Monitor and manage operations of ASICS EMEA third-party logistics (3PL) Warehouses.
• Setting up standard operation procedures, monitoring inbound inventory and outbound 3PL procedures and performance.
• Support 3PL Operations with inbound, inventory and outbound reporting.
• Collaborate with the local Warehouse Management System (WHS) partners, jointly drive efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Ensure timely samples order placement for, twice a year, for autumn, winter and spring, summer seasons.
• Maintain track and trace reporting for sample related shipments.

More about you.

• Qualification in the field of Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in Logistics, 3PL management or Planning.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Affinity for Supply Chain and Logistics.
