The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing assigned month‑end tasks accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers, lease reporting, VAT and tax reporting, cash forecasting, and other financial reporting activities.
  • Analysing financial data, producing a variety of financial reports, and making appropriate recommendations as required.
  • Preparing timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis.
  • Completing year‑end close activities and statutory accounting processes.
  • Assisting with internal and external audit requirements and liaising with auditors.
  • Preparing annual tax pack documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.
  • Maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support the finance team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently studying toward or fully qualified in professional accounting exams (AAT level or above), or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with different stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach—comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
