Vacancies Accountmanager UK, France and Benelux

Do you live in the Netherlands? The French and English language are well known and Dutch would be amazing? Are you driven to sell? Do you love to travel at least 50% of your time? You could be our new Accountmanager.

As Accountmanager, you will play a pivoted role in managing large accounts, developing strong relationships with key clients, with a focus on retention and acquisition of new business. By analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth, you will contribute directly to the company's success. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales organization and take ownership of your region.

Travelling to different countries (United Kingdom, France, Belgium, the Netherlands) is a key aspect of this role, as you will be expected to visit clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.

Then we are looking for you! Our head office is in Roosendaal, while we also have offices in Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Nijmegen.

This is what you will do:

You will be acquiring new business through cold calls, networking, and lead generation, while expanding existing accounts on daily basis.

Actively you will be achieving sales targets by staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.

You will be creating and monitoring regional sales plans, identifying growth opportunities.

You will be conducting and attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.

Negotiating terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

This is you:

You have a minimum of 5 years as an independent Accountmanager/Business Developer

You are fluent in English and French, with business-level proficiency in Dutch

You have strong analytical abilities and a commercial mindset to identify and seize opportunities.

You are a skilled negotiator while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You have a valid European valid driver’s license (B).

This is what we have to offer you:

Salary between € 3.800,- and € 5.000,- gross.

Hybrid working, 3 days from an office of your choice, 2 days from home;

Option to work from abroad one week per year;

Holiday allowance of 8,5% paid in June;

Bonus agreement of max. 6% of your annual salary;

Based on a full-time employment you will get 28 holidays a year, not enough? Then you have the option to purchase 5 extra days a year;

Electrical company car;

Fresh lunch provided daily, so you can leave your sandwich at home;

Annual training budget for job-related courses, with no repayment requirement.

ABF is a strongly internationally oriented trading company, with 14 million products in stock. Although the market we operate in is conservative, ABF as a company certainly is not. We are an e-commerce business with a strong IT focus. We have an in-house development team that improves our software daily, making us agile and independent. Only 6% of our customers are in the Netherlands; the remaining customers are primarily in other European countries and are further fragmented worldwide
