Job Summary

The Enterprise Sales Operation Manager will support Infrastructure Solutions Group at Lenovo to oversee all daily operations of the assigned services sales teams. This is an advisory role to the Sales Manager and carries the responsibility for accurate business tracking, timely review of sales KPIs, and governance of the business management system in place with the respective leadership team in AP. This role will also ensure that the sales teams operate with the most efficient setup and within the correct processes to maximize their productivity.

  • KPI's review and tracking for Sales Leader
  • Pipeline review and hygiene.
  • Forecast, Quota, and territory assignment
  • Providing and updating the respective information like MBR decks for AP and Worldwide.
  • Support business transformation activities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Act as SME on end-to-end operations and the first point of contact for all sales leaders in matters of the sales process.
  • The Sales Operations Manager is also in charge of evaluating and reviewing all SPIFFs initiatives and working in close cooperation with I&C to track progress of such SPIFFs and validate results.
  • Qualification and Experience

    • Degree in IT or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations support.
    • Three to Five relevant years of experience in data analytics.
    • Understanding or working knowledge of relational databases.
    • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
