• Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, for Mandarin, be able to speak, write and read.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
• 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
• Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
• Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
• Call center experience preferrable.
• Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
• Schedule availability.
• Restaurant industry familiarity preferrable.
