Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Align with Global & Key Accounts stakeholders, both at the Asia-Pacific and regional levels to ensure key GTM strategic intents are mapped.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional segment strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities within the assigned segment.
- Close collaboration with the sales teams to define the measure of success for Services & Solutions Group (SSG) across Asia-Pacific.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned segment.
- Work closely with account managers and sales representatives to address customer needs and enhance client satisfaction.
Program Management:
- Develop and manage programs and initiatives aimed at driving sales within the regional segment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation, including marketing, product management, and customer support.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market dynamics, internal feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a segment-focused role with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales platforms and office productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
