Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Align with Global & Key Accounts stakeholders, both at the Asia-Pacific and regional levels to ensure key GTM strategic intents are mapped.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional segment strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities within the assigned segment.
  • Close collaboration with the sales teams to define the measure of success for Services & Solutions Group (SSG) across Asia-Pacific.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned segment.
  • Work closely with account managers and sales representatives to address customer needs and enhance client satisfaction.

Program Management:

  • Develop and manage programs and initiatives aimed at driving sales within the regional segment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation, including marketing, product management, and customer support.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market dynamics, internal feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a segment-focused role with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales platforms and office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
