We are seeking a data-driven Sportsbook CRM Manager who lives and breathes sports betting. You will lead our promotions and communication strategy, turning sporting events into engaging player experiences.

Main Purpose of the Role

Plan, segment, and execute promotions plan and a multi-channel communication strategy specifically tailored to sports bettors. You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, building campaigns that drive loyalty and minimize churn

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Plan and execute CRM promotions and campaigns centered around the global sporting calendar (e.g., Liga MX, World Cup qualifiers, NFL, etc.).
  • Optimization: Test and optimize sports-specific offers (Free Bets, Profit Boosts, Early Payouts).
  • Lifecycle Management: Identify gaps in the player journey, specifically focusing on "re-activating" sports bettors after a big event ends.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor bonus spend and reinvestment rates to ensure campaigns remain profitable and within budget.
  • Promotion Implementation: Coordinate with the trading and product teams to implement on-site promotions and bespoke betting markets.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Strict Requirement: At least 2+ years of experience specifically as a Sportsbook CRM Manager within the iGaming industry.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of Mexican sports culture and player preferences is a significant advantage.
  • Lifecycle Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex sports lifecycle campaigns and utilizing automated campaign management tools.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong experience with Excel-based reporting; you must be comfortable turning raw data into actionable sports-betting insights.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Management and Trading departments.
  • Tooling: Previous experience with Optimove is a plus.
