IDT is looking for a dynamic Wholesale Carrier Account Manager to represent the company for accounts within the Americas region.
The role would require an enthusiastic individual to work under demanding conditions, working towards an aggressive Sales target measured by profit.
The role will involve managing a varied portfolio of around 20 accounts across the Americas region (Retailers carriers, wholesalers). Core tasks will be voice trading, maintaining the current business, and creating strategies to grow the business further while maintaining price & quality from the accounts.
The role will also require support in their portfolio for dispute resolution, quality management, managing exposures and credit lines, and support in technical issues.
