The ideal Sales Manager will be aggressive, results-oriented, with a strong drive for success.
This position requires outstanding ability to sell directly and through the team members in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will be responsible for selling results and selling motions for a complete territory for Lenovo’s Data Center products including wholesalers and distributors. This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition.
The position is also responsible for sales planning to increase product sales growth and expand market share in México Mid Market. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc. Contributes to product development based on client needs.
Requirements
Language required: Spanish / English
Bachelor degree desired: Business, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology
Manage the total customer relationship; responsible for revenue, wallet share, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts
Maintain executive relationships
Lead account planning and opportunity identification; conduct opportunity prioritization; develop overall account plan for assigned accounts
Plan, facilitate and/or conduct sales negotiations for assigned accounts
Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to generate & coordinate solutions
People management responsibilities, including KPI / goal setting, coaching, performance feedback and assessment
