JOB PURPOSE
For the Digital Team based in Milan HQ, we are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for the analysis of the performances of Group websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
+3 years experience in web analytics, preferably within a strategy consulting firm.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or STEM as a plus).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
Full professional expertise on web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), website management, and the end-to-end conversion rate optimization processes.
Full confidence with CRO Tools (e.g., Contentsquare).
Proven experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Full professional expertise on Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian.
