Technical Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Bolzano (possibility of working remotely to be agreed).

The ideal candidate has an excellent command of Italian and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Your mission

• Install and configure our i-Vertix NMS solution according to the requirements of Customers and Partners.
• Advise and support Partners and Customers to help them achieve their objectives through the i-Vertix solution (consulting activity).
• Train Partners and Customers on the use of i-Vertix.
• Manage solution implementation projects from start to finish.
• Provide help desk support to Partners and Customers.
• Thorough knowledge of Linux environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Solarwinds, ManageEngine, Whatsup Gold and other Enterprise Monitoring Solutions).
• Good knowledge of the ELK stack.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Powershell, Perl).
• Passion for the subject of Open Source.
• Propensity for customer contact.
• Willingness to undertake business trips.
