The Service Center is looking for a Service Center Manager for Monza site.

What about the job

In your role you will:

• Be the line Manager for all the workshop Engineers
• Align the external suppliers’ schedules with the internal schedules in order to guarantee the on-time delivery
• Define and implement the lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)
• Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center procedures
• Optimize the production costs
• Visit our customers if needed
• Oversee people safety as foreseen by the applicable laws
• Get in touch with the other Service Centers, Sales Divisions and the Alfa Laval Headquarter
• Define the short and long term of incoming jobs

What you know

You have:

• A Degree
• A good command of written and spoken English
• Previous work experience in Manufacturing area or workshop
