Place of work:

It will be required to visit clients 3 or 4 days per week and 1 or 2 days of home office according to the work load. Periodically, it will be required to join the location of the company in Chrzanów or in Italy (headquarter) for training, budgeting, coordination, and to organize work with colleagues or with the company leadership.

Working hours: flexible

The Candidate Specification:

Education: minimum high school level education graduate

Professional experience: experience in technical industry (doors and windows industry)

Qualifications and skills:

• good organizational and communication skills
• team work
• sales attitude
• relationship building skills
• wish to travel

Knowledge of foreign languages: knowledge of English language (min. B1+) or Italian (both is a plus)

Knowledge of computer programs:

• IT Skills: MS Office
• Digital skills: be confidential with digital technologies

Conditions of employment:

Responsibilities:

• revenue growth in the areas of competence in particular on System House and Medium/Big Fabricator
• monitor market (evolution of clients and Master's competitors) and transfer information to headquarters about commercial and technical issues
• technical assistance to the customers for training and promoting products, or in case of sales or claims
• support commercial manager in budgeting activities
• testing activities with pilot fabricators
• participation in events such as open days, trade fairs, launch and new product presentation events, etc. and collection of visitor data

Form of employment: Labour contract or B2B contract

Trainings: Sales training if necessary

Start date: ASAP
