Together with your team, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support on all enterprise software products delivered to our Customers. You will set up the environments and provide effective support in preventive maintenance and resolution of any hardware and software issues, in order to ensure optimal performance of the ICT system as a whole. The peculiarities of the sector in which the company operates, Public Safety, require readiness, expertise and care to ensure Customers receive the agreed service levels necessary to deliver critical services of high value to the community.
Key Qualifications
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools;
Ensuring the integrity and high availability of our infrastructure (Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity);
Performing on-site and remote technical support;
Implementing and supporting disaster recovery / business continuity solutions;
Maintaining system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations;
Identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions and improvements;
Securing systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access;
Troubleshooting and fault finding if issues arise;
Fulfilling ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company;
Contributing to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes;
Participation in the h24 on-call, shifts rotation and short travel;
Managing and monitoring of existing systems and infrastructure (Microsoft environments, VMware environments, Linux environments);
Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix);
Experience of using ticketing systems;
Scripting knowledge (Bash, Powershell);
TSQL language;
Networking and IT infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, microtik);
