SAP Programme Manager | ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Fluent Italian & English language skills (Written & Verbal)
• SAP Programme Management experience, especially within SAP S/4HANA scopes of work
• SAP S/4HANA & SAP ECC implementation/migration experience
• Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA Rollouts preferably within Europe
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects within multinational environments
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to C-Level
• Senior Stakeholder Management and ability to lead SAP Project Managers
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience overseeing external partners, ensuring they are on-track to deliver in a timely manner

SAP Programme Manager | ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to oversee the rollout of SAP S/4HANA in Italy, following a successful SAP S/4HANA implementation in other European countries. This role will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment in Italy, aligning with the broader corporate IT strategy.

You will lead and manage the SAP S/4HANA rollout programme in Italy, ensuring alignment with the global SAP implementation strategy. You will be responsible for engaging and managing relationships with local and international stakeholders, including local SAP partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives & deliverables.

As the SAP Programme Manager, you will oversee the internal SAP project team and liaise with the local SAP implementation partner, ensuring the scope is followed to complement the original plan, whilst ensuring it meets corporate standards and local requirements.
