We are looking for a Sales Team Leader for Northern Italy to join our sales team. You will report directly to the Managing Director Italy and supervise the sales force in the assigned area.
You will contribute to the achievement of Company sales objectives and support the team for the development of sales techniques and strategies with particular attention to commercial aspects and the development of customer relationships and platform.
Your main responsibilities will involve achieving sales objectives and developing the customer platform. This will happen through the planning and management of commercial activities, developing growth thanks to our key products, successfully introducing new products and customizing activities depending on the kind of customer.
You will assist the Sales Team for the North of Italy in maintaining relationships with customers, negotiations, closing agreements and identifying potential customers, also through constant support on the field.
You will use all business process management tools to effectively analyze, implement and control opportunities within your territories.
You will collaborate with other Company departments and the Sales Team to ensure a coherent and aligned approach to the business.
You will support the implementation of the Company's global commercial projects.
You will act as a leader towards your collaborators, supporting their professional development to contribute to the continuous improvement of a high performing team.
