Sales Support Asistant

The role

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant who will ensure the correct processing of all incoming orders and all associated activities like information and complaints, aiming at the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and supporting the Commercial Department with executing commercial-related administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Delivery and collection of orders
   Provide the complete processing of the orders to satisfy the customer by informing all parties involved in the delivery chain.
2. Commercial support
   Execute administrative tasks to be the commercial back office of the sales department, supporting it in reaching the commercial goals.
3. Complaint Process
   Execute the entire processing of complaints and inform all involved parties in such a way that preventive and corrective measures can be taken in time.
