POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will drive and monitor the exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China. He/She will ensure multidisciplinary connection with all departments during the project to exchange good competences and procedures on: Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality.

The project manager will receive full support and needed information from all the departments involved in the project: R&D, Purchase, Production, Logistics, Quality, After Sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and monitor exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China.
  • Support the exchange of competence and procedures in:
    • Design: Bill of Materials, Technical drawings, Technical documents.
    • Quality procedures: Supplier inspections, Incoming inspections, Assembly line checks, final tests.
    • Manufacturing: Production procedures and work instructions, Assembly tools and best practices.
    • Procurement: Key suppliers, Lead times, Target volumes, target prices.
  • Monitor the project timeline and ensure respect of project milestones.
  • Support the exchange of information and cross communications through online team meetings and site visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years prior related experience.
  • Higher technical education with a mechanical or related profile.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and organizing abilities.
  • Decision-making and communication skills.
  • Persuasiveness, influencing, and leading with humility.
  • Conflict management abilities.
  • Teamwork oriented.
