Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for overseeing the engineering activities of a complex EPC project, managing multiple stakeholders, and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering.

TASKS:

• Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring that requirements are met
• Coordinate engineering disciplines to ensure an integrated design that satisfies project needs
• Interface with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Assign and request resources based on project needs while coordinating and leading the internal engineering team
• Prepare project progress reports and manage technical risks
• Ensure engineering solutions meet quality, cost, delivery, and performance commitments
• Verify client feedback on returned documents to identify impacts on cost and schedule, prepare documentation, and assess the impact of changes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 15 + years of significant experience in EPC companies, with a strong preference for a background in the oil & gas industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Strong abilities in managing technical risks and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

• Work location: Milan, Italy
• Availability for travel within Northern Italy
• Contract type: 2 years
