Study Advisor / Personal Tutor Job Details

The Study Advisor reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for setting a warm and welcoming learning environment. The Study Advisor takes care of students’ class attendance and progress.

Study Advisor / Personal Tutor duties include:

1. Covering reception tasks.
2. Presenting the Wall Street English method and supporting students in their learning experience.
3. Providing study advice and motivating students towards their learning objective.
4. Providing feedback on students’ progress.
5. Booking classes and carrying out follow-up.
6. Facilitating internal revenue through quality service delivery.

Your Profile

1. Minimum C1 level of English.
2. University degree completed or in progress.
3. Excellent computer skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, responsible, and empathetic.
5. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
6. Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment.
7. Inspiring and supportive to students.
8. Well presented.
