Operational Excellence Specialist

Do you want to contribute to our Operational Quality team?

We are looking for a Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement department. This figure will be in charge of managing the Italian perimeter, but business trips there will also be in the rest of Europe.

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

1. Implementing and monitoring quality control processes across various operational areas
2. Providing training and guidance to operational staff on quality protocols and best practices
3. Investigating and resolving customer complaints and operational issues related to quality
4. Collecting and analyzing data to track operational performance and quality trends
5. Generating quality and KPI reports and presenting findings to management

WHO YOU ARE:

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree
2. You are fluent in English
3. You are proficient with Microsoft Office
4. You preferably know Power BI or QlikView
5. You have an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
6. You are able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
7. You have problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
