Description and Requirements

Would you like to become the heart of our eCommerce in Italy?

As the Online Sales Manager, you will support the delivery of the go-to-market models. You will develop an online eCommerce market and trading strategy while overseeing the execution of online activities. This includes striving for an optimal customer experience through campaigns and development of compelling offers.

  1. Thrive against the sales goals using a well-thought online strategy and present your ideas.
  2. Understand where the challenges are in the marketing traffic based on the customer journey, develop Customer Satisfaction action plans.
  3. Be accountable for the demand side of the P&L (revenue and margin) for the region – knowing how to optimize the margin (e.g. pricing, promotion, mix management).
  4. Plan and manage the on-site promotional activities. Set promotional and campaign targets and prepare planning with local and regional stakeholders.
  5. Work with 4P category management support teams to manage stock and onsite product availability – influencing product portfolio needs and new product launches to align to local needs.
  6. Create appropriate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for your market.
  7. Support executions of online campaigns, merchandising plan, cart to order conversion programs (CRO), stock optimization etc.
  8. Act as voice of the customer for the region.
  9. Conduct review of campaign results and sales, correlating activities with portfolio performance & optimizing performance marketing accordingly.

What can help you to get your job done?

  1. 5+ years of previous eCommerce experience, good understanding of online environments.
  2. You know how to define growth strategies.
  3. Your background comes from a sales role, you know how to manage sales relationships.
  4. Previous experience managing large and small sales projects.
  5. You are a great communicator with fluent Italian & English speaking skills.
  6. You are not afraid to solve problems and use your creative thinking.
