We are looking for a Senior Support Consultant with deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and a specialization in the OneStream platform. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and functional support of our OneStream-based EPM solutions.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams, not only to troubleshoot challenges but to implement enhancements that drive peak system performance. Responsibilities

1. Provide functional support and maintenance for OneStream-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
2. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
3. Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and smooth functioning of the OneStream platform.
4. Manage and promptly resolve incidents, service requests, and system-related issues.
5. Assist in configuring, customizing, and optimizing OneStream solutions to align with evolving business needs.
6. Conduct regular system health checks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
7. Develop user training materials and provide hands-on training on system functionalities and new features.
8. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OneStream with other enterprise systems.
9. Support ongoing projects related to system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
10. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
11. Participate in testing new releases, updates, and patches to guarantee system stability and functionality.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a strong focus on the OneStream platform.
3. In-depth knowledge of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes within an enterprise setting.
4. Experience in OneStream application maintenance, including troubleshooting, support, and system configuration.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
6. Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in incident management, change management, and service delivery is a valuable plus.
