Job Description:

This position will serve as an experienced Intelligence Planner based out of Clay Kaserne in Vicenza, Italy supporting the Theater Military Intelligence Support Services (TMISS) contract.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversees the design and execution of comprehensive intelligence planning strategies in accordance with USAREUR-AF PIRs, CCIRs, and mission objectives.
2. Analyze and synthesize intelligence data to identify strategic trends and threats.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop actionable intelligence plans aligned with organizational goals (FO/GO/SES level).
4. Provide expert insights and guidance on intelligence planning methodologies and best practices.
5. Lead the coordination and orchestration of intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination efforts.
6. Mentor and supervise junior planners in planning processes and techniques.
7. Prepare and present high-level intelligence briefings and reports to senior executives.
8. Engage with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance planning efforts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience.
2. Knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI.
3. Experience planning, briefing, and collaborating with senior military leaders (GO/FO/SES) in intelligence planning efforts.
4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

1. More than 1 year experience creating intelligence briefing materials in the EUCOM / AFRICOM theaters of operations.
2. Experience working with partner nations in Bi-lateral and Multilateral planning efforts.
3. Experience planning within the NATO environment.
