To strengthen our team in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a
Full Time a/o Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and applicant management
- HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle
- Contact person for our employees and managers
- Development of employer branding measures
- Further development of employees, training, and further education organisation
- Support with the preparation of monthly payroll accounting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and/or academic training in business administration or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of Italian and ideally Spanish labour law
- Excellent knowledge of English, German (nice to have)
- Knowledge of payroll accounting
- Communication skills and professional demeanour
