AMZL: As an up-and-coming leader, you will be prepared for your new role as a manager in our 8-week internal academy.
After the extensive onboarding, you'll take on your own team and ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in good quality. As an up-and-coming leader, you will also be supported in developing people management skills either with your leading team, and with your managers and other stakeholders. In this position, you'll be an important part of our global company, working hand-in-hand with your local team members at a logistics site. You'll also collaborate across sites on topics like workplace safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technological progress.
Key job responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or nearing completion of a bachelor's program
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
- Relevant experience in conducting data analysis
- Knowledge of working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
Though not required, it’s even better if you have previous work experience.
