Your Role:
As a Global Trainee, your initial assignment will be in Maintenance Engineering. You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Participating in the development of maintenance plans for your area.
- Overseeing the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and that internal/external services meet time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensuring the availability of materials and spare parts required for projects.
- Participating in the homologation process of new supplies and services.
- Preparing the budget for spare parts, conducting stock counts, and analyzing cost behavior and reduction options.
- Analyzing machine performance to identify defects, propose corrective and preventive actions, generate improvement opportunities, and maximize useful life.
- Managing and updating the maintenance information system, participating in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize energy consumption.
- Defining procedures to minimize/optimize energy use and promote improvement actions in order to reduce resource consumption waste.
- Complying with HSE procedures, reporting incidents or observations, performing inspections, and participating in the investigation process. Implementing preventive/corrective actions and keeping risk analysis and environmental aspect assessment up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Professional experience not exceeding two years.
- Proactivity and a flexible mindset.
