Job Description

Role Summary

Main Tasks

• General ledger: develop and implement the M+H accounting policies, programs, and systems to control the M+H assets. Prepare documentation for monthly and yearly audit. Master data maintenance, etc.
• Custom Activities: ensure proper storage of proof of delivery linked to custom and tax topics, collect and provide information for Intrastat declaration, etc.
• Cash Book: record the basic information on the cash receipts and payments including bank deposits and withdrawals and ensure reconciliation with the bank statements.
• Credit and Collections: manage the M+H credit policies in a region, country or business unit in accordance with the current guidelines, contact customers with overdue accounts or others to arrange payments, negotiate payment schedules and contracts, and follow up accounts to ensure that arrangements are met.
• Report and Dashboard: support finance team in developing new financial reports and dashboards through Power BI.
• Waste Management: support logistics and quality department in waste management and ensure that proper documentation is issued and maintained.

Your Profile

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in accounting;
• Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant work experience (depending on the scope of job responsibilities);
• Required Skills: SAP knowledge (FI/CO); MS Office skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
