Ideal candidates have a technical or economic education with at least 2 years in a commercial back-office role. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position offers smartworking opportunities for 4 days a month.

We're looking for a dynamic person, willing to learn and grow within the Sales Operations team and Celli Group.

Position

Within the Sales Operation department, you will be in charge of:

  • Customer management and contact: entering customer records
  • Preparation of commercial offers: technical and commercial expertise
  • Order entry and management (in coordination with the planning office)
  • Support for shipping, invoicing, and credit collection
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure effective management of the order portfolio
Requirements

Your profile to be successful in the role:

  • Educational background in a technical or economic field (diploma or degree)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial back-office role (B2B or B2C)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer management and negotiation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, able to guide stakeholders and handle unexpected situations effectively
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous organizational and process improvement
