Crewing Manager M/F

- Be accountable for definition and implementation of Crewing and Training standards from regulatory watch to personnel administration within Bourbon Mobility perimeter.

- Be responsible for reporting and follow-up of actions on this perimeter.

- Be accountable for Crewing process and activities for BMOI Shipmanager.

Responsibilities:

1. Crewing Standard definition and implementation.
2. Efficient follow-up of cost.
3. BMOI Resources adequacy.
4. Personnel Management of BMOI Fleet ShipManager.
5. Key User for SmartPal BMOI Crewing functions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master Degree.
2. Knowledge of Training Systems/modes/needs for seafarers.
3. Comprehensive working knowledge of all statutory requirements regarding Crew will be an asset.
4. MSc in a function related field will be an asset.

Experience:

1. 5 years experience in Crewing in Marine or a related function.

FLUENT FRENCH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
