COO Governance Expert

Job Responsibilities:

Acting as a lead and in his/her managerial position, he/she is responsible for:

1. Proactively supporting the strategy analysis in COO with the aim to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Supporting/leading business cases for each initiative aimed to generate efficiency in COO, challenging/supporting through cost analysis of COO departments to become scalable.
3. Supporting/leading sourcing strategy with an independent view.
4. Ensuring continuous measurement of cost efficiency in coordination with key stakeholders and oversight monitoring to achieve targets.
5. Maintaining proactive relationships with the Procurement team to monitor vendors and initiatives, along with internal cost controllers to track progress.
6. Helping team coordination to ensure common objectives success.

Competencies:

• An understanding and solid background in cost analysis (direct/indirect, pareto efficiency, ABC analysis, etc.) allowing independent interfacing with main stakeholders and business partners.
• Experience in process flow with an end-to-end vision and knowledge of bank processes.
• Ability to work effectively across functions (COO, Tribes, Finance).
• Proficiency in project management.
• Spirit of initiative and collaboration, contributing by bringing new ideas.
• Fluency in English.

Working Conditions: Full Time
