Un'azienda all'avanguardia nel settore dell'ingegneria cerca una figura senior per gestire le attività dell'ufficio di gestione dei cantieri. Questa posizione richiede un professionista esperto, in grado di supervisionare più cantieri e coordinare un team di tecnici. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria civile o architettura e almeno 10 anni di esperienza. La conoscenza di software come Autocad e Primus è fondamentale, mentre la familiarità con Revit è considerata un vantaggio. Un'opportunità stimolante per chi desidera contribuire a progetti di costruzione significativi e lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.

Competenze

• 10+ anni di esperienza nella gestione di cantieri.

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Senior figure to be placed in the responsibilities and activities of the Construction Management office.

The professional will be in charge of the following activities:

1. Site office management;
2. Work accounting;
3. Administrative activities;
4. Countering any company reserves;
5. Coordinating the preparation of any variant reports;
6. Checking the work log;
7. Convening and participating in site meetings;
8. Drafting reports;
9. Assisting with site tests and inspections;
10. Site inspections of works and work in progress;
11. Coordinating variant projects during construction requested by the Client;
12. Quality control of materials.

The professional will have to supervise the activities of one or more construction sites and coordinate the team of technicians at his disposal. He/she will have to ensure his/her fixed presence during site meetings and as needed.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or degree in architecture, or surveyor diploma;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same job;
• Good knowledge of software: Primus, Autocad, and Office Package; Revit is a plus;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the responsibilities and skills required.
