We are looking for a Client Advisor who contributes actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, assuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

How will you make an impact?

  • Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process.
  • Develop sales initiatives including high price item sales activities.
  • Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, and giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Process cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts.
  • Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise.

How will you experience success with us?

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail boutique.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong customer and goal orientation.
  • Elegance, outstanding manners, an assured sense of style, and appreciation of luxury items.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Art and Design.
  • Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioning.
  • Exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a sales team and comfortable working with members of the public.
