We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in Florence.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand.
Support the Sales Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge.
Ensure to build long-lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM).
Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sales Staff.
Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till).
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
