Role Overview

The Associate Project Manager provides task-based support and delivery of projects in a timely manner to the client.

Responsibilities

Production Coordination

• Identify project requirements and set up the workflow.
• Manage the localization cycle of the assigned project, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a reliable and solution-oriented point of contact for all teams involved.
• Ensure the success of each project and deliver high-quality products to Keywords customers.

Processes

• Document all processes and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Proactively suggest areas of workflow improvement to the Senior PM or Senior Production Manager.

Finance

• Ensure account costs are within budget.
• Regularly review account margins.

Communication

• Communicate professionally with clients and liaise with the Senior Production Manager to understand their goals.
• Support the PM team in daily client communication, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain regular communication within the team.

Client Management

• Attend client meetings as needed.
• Implement client strategy as required.
• Keep PM & Senior PM informed about account health and challenges.
• Share client complaints with the Senior Production Manager and initiate a CAPA process.

Personal Development

• Support team members and work with the Senior Production Manager to assess training needs.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience in the video game and/or localization sectors, with a degree in a relevant field as an advantage.
• Knowledge of production and/or CAT Tools is a plus.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office products.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; a second language is a plus.
• Strong judgment to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Motivated team player with a willingness to learn and apply relevant technologies.
