Position: Application Engineer

Location:
Brescia – partially remote (Starting with >= 60% in office)

Experience: Experience in robotic application development and installation

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic engineering teams on the development of advanced robotics processes.
• Virtualization and simulation of such processes.
• Perform risk-analysis, error-handling, time analysis of robotic cells to be produced.
• On-site software deployment and commissioning at our clients and partners locations (within Italy for now).

Requirements:

• Either 1-3 years of experience in integrating industrial robotic systems in productive settings or >5 years in research and strong willingness to switch from demo to production mode
• Willing to travel.
• >3 years’ experience in Python programming.
• > 2 years’ experience in ROS/ROS2.
• Passionate about innovation and in bringing automation into SMEs.
• Great attitude in team-working and attention to detail.
