46- Architecture Project Management - (BIM - PLM)

Position Description

We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern, who wants to show skills and knowledge acquired at university and bring them into the real world.

You will be working closely with the architecture team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will contribute to executing architecture-related tasks as well as setting goals, planning, giving directions, and coordinating the Architecture Department as team leader.

The internship is on-site and starts from January/February 2025.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Architectural Project Manager

1. Oversight of the project team
2. Work on multiple projects
3. Participation in the design process
4. Prepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
5. Be in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issues
6. Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and reported to the CEO
8. Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
9. Measurement of properties
10. Give ideas and feedback related to interior design
11. Review architectural drawings for local code compliance
12. Coordination of the project team’s work
13. Monitor the progress of all construction phases
14. Build and maintain client and team members relations

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
2. Strong communication and design skills
3. Solid organizational and leadership skills
4. Detail-oriented multitasker
5. Fluent in English
6. Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
7. Flexibility and Adaptability
