Job Purpose

Location: Ahmedabad
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management and control of all office administration activities at the assigned location(s): maintenance, housekeeping, security, facilities, and periodic cleaning of office initiatives & disposal of scrap.
- Organize arrangements for local events like birthday celebrations, confluences, and get-togethers.
- Implement company policies, guidelines, rules, and regulations related to office operations at the assigned locations.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and renewals within deadlines.
- Coordinate and implement AMC at branch level.
- Manage company assets and property, including legal coordination as needed.
- Travel to locations in the assigned region as required.
- Supervise Admin Managers/LCs and maintain records related to assets & property.
- Manage operational expenses and monitor budgets.
- Search for new rented offices in consultation with business teams and recommend to the Cluster Manager-Administration.
- Supervise furnishing work at new offices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Over 4 years of experience in facility & general administration (preferred).
- Experience in branch operations preferred for internal candidates.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PPT.
