Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP GRC Access Control & Identity Access Governance (IAG) with proven expertise in implementing and managing SAP security solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP GRC, IAG Bridge, and SAP BTP, along with strong knowledge of integration processes and IAM protocols.Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement SAP IAG Bridge from a security perspective across SAP and non-SAP cloud applications.
• Integrate SAP GRC with cloud-based applications using IAG Bridge.
• Enable and manage risk analysis for cloud and on-prem systems via IAG Bridge.
• Manage role import/export, sync jobs, risk analysis, and provisioning workflows across hybrid environments.
• Build and customize GRC rulesets for cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAG–GRC Bridge connectivity issues and cloud connector setup problems.
• Configure and maintain source, target, and proxy systems in SAP CIS.
• Maintain critical destinations (IAG_SOD_AUTH & IAG_SOD_CHECK) for IAG Bridge.
• Configure IPS transformation rules and properties for source, target, and proxy systems.
• Define and manage provisioning flows between source systems (Azure AD, SF) and target systems (S/4HANA, SAC, Ariba, etc.).
• Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of SAP IAG Bridge solutions.
• Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfer, and prepare documentation for end-users and support teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and SAP IAG with more than 8 years of implementation experience.
• Proven experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS), and IAG tools.
• Good understanding of IAM protocols: SCIM, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos.
• Exposure to integration processes between SAP modules and interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience as a Senior Consultant on large-scale SAP implementations.
