Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 4–7 years of proven expertise in IT service sales, specifically in mobile app development, custom/bespoke software solutions, and SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate should excel at crafting tailored solutions for international clients, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive direct sales of IT services (mobile apps, custom software, SaaS), identify and close international client deals, deliver tailored solutions, and meet revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for lead generation, conduct research, cold outreach, build follow-ups, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Channel Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and business associates to co-create IT and SaaS solutions and drive joint growth.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to shape strategic sales approaches and expand into new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, act as the main liaison, ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and manage client expectations.
