We're seeking a high energy person to join our team as Sales Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and lead the mission critical initiative of developing our Sales representatives and managers across the world as part of our broader sales transformation initiative. This person will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for owning end-to-end management of our L&D program framework and content.
Specific responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison to Corporate Sales L&D team to leverage Lenovo's Sales Enablement Academy for content and structure and be an advocate for our team.
Work across multiple sources to collect, organize, and catalog existing Sales training content and build needed content from internal and external resources.
Work closely with Regional Sales Leaders, Trainers, and Coaches to ensure courses are delivered and facilitating increases in customer acquisition and retention as expected.
Collaborate with WW Sales leaders in eCommerce and with L&D managers across Lenovo to identify new and effective ways to train and develop Sales representatives and managers.
Longer term, build a certification program and work with HR to support career development and sales progression ladder.
