Overview

We have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar supervisor who is ready to grow their career. As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience, ensuring food quality and presentation of high standard, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back‑of‑house areas.

Position Duties
  • Leading team members in efficient day‑to‑day shift operations.
  • Ensuring great‑tasting, high‑quality food is served and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Listening to customer feedback and consistently working to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for meal periods.
  • Assisting with the induction and onboarding of new team members.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members.
  • Assisting with driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers.
  • Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
  • Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: From €14.50 per hour

Job Types: Permanent, Parttime, Fulltime

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Experience: Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
