As a Workshop Administrator in Leicester, you are the vital link between your customers and our workshop, bringing to life the Northgate experience, ensuring their vehicles’ visit with us runs as effortlessly as we promise.

Our workshops are busy and fast-paced. As a Workshop Administrator, you are the oil that keeps the whole workshop running smoothly. Customer care always comes first, so confidently delivering great service with a smile is second nature.

You can make a big difference by making every second in the day count—from booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with your workshop team to schedule work, updating customers on progress, or ensuring the correct approvals are in place for the work carried out. You will never be looking for something to do!

Your Technicians rely on you to plan their day and keep the workshop efficient. An understanding of the motor trade or car dealerships would help you get started. Our proven induction training will support you, but you’ll need customer service skills, planning, administration skills, and a can-do attitude to deliver the experience our customers expect.
