DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Participate in the implementation of specific regulatory and legal projects.
  2. Review and update framework policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer on data protection, GDPR compliance, and data access requests.
  4. Research and analyze compliance and regulatory topics such as the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and Product Oversight and Governance (POG); draft technical notes or risk analysis reports as needed.
  5. Assist in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of framework and supplier contracts.
  6. Participate in, present at, and take minutes during internal committees.
  7. Assist in preparing reports for the Crédit Agricole Group.
  8. Provide administrative and organizational support to the team.
  9. Coordinate with legal, risk, project, and operations departments on regulatory topics.
  10. Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
