Hutton & Meade Ltd are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Exec to join our team. As a Sales Exec, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire buying process. Your role will be integral in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing our brand professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Provide information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their requirements.
  • Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Follow up on every sales opportunity generated through the company website, customer phone enquiries, emails and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.
