Job description: Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations. Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and firm interests. Oversee static data management, transaction reporting, and corporate actions outsourced to other affiliate entities. Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers and manage breaks in high volume environment. Support key stakeholder management both internally and externally (Settlement agents/custodians, executing brokers, regulators and data vendors, etc.). Manage the Trading Operations team, including performance reporting and service level agreements. Support new product initiatives, process automation and maintain Framework, Policy and process documentation.
