• Process all Inbound Graphics Consumable Orders.

• Support AMs on pricing and delivery schedules.
• Research and contact NTQ print & graphic companies.
• Make outbound calls to lapsed graphics accounts.

Reporting directly to the Consumables Sales Manager this role is responsible for: Opportunity is offered hybrid at our CityWest, Dublin office.

Your role in our future

• Processing of all Inbound Core Consumable Orders
• Processing of all Inbound Graphics Consumable Orders
• Cover Outbound Core Supplies when colleagues are on leave
• Support AM’s on pricing, product codes, availability of stock, delivery schedules etc
• Research, Identify & Contact NTQ print & graphic companies for supplies
• Out-bound calls to lapsed graphics supplies accounts for win back
• Out-bound calls to Graphics base for Cross selling new products
• Covering tasks for Supplies Managers Annual Leave
• Ad hoc tasks

• Exceptional telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional approach to solving problem
