EXADS is an international software start up specialising in ad tech. In business since 2013, EXADS is a self sufficient, well funded and privately owned company with offices in Dublin and Porto. We are part of a wider group called EXOGROUP which is headquartered in Barcelona and has an office in Valencia, made up of 200+ talents.

Role:

As a company, we actively develop and improve our own proprietary ad‑serving technology platform and custom‑built infrastructure enabling us to innovate and deploy new features and functionality quickly in a fast‑moving and demanding industry.

We are revolutionising the online ad‑serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike. As we scale, we need a Technical Success Manager who can bridge the gap between our sophisticated technology and our clients' success through exceptional documentation and technical enablement.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with outstanding communication skills - someone who gets excited about making complex technology accessible through clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources. You'll be instrumental in reducing support burden while empowering clients to maximise our platform's value independently.

Your responsibilities:

• Have a deep understanding of our product lines and roadmap from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Have an in‑depth knowledge of the ad network platform, its procedures and how to implement them.
• Take ownership of the EXADS technical documentation, ensuring it’s clear, up to date, and easy for clients to understand.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to help the Sales team evangelise products and win new business, and to relay complex technical concepts to our Customer Success team so they can effectively communicate with clients and leads.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure optimisation of resources.
• Provide support and clear, well‑documented guidance on any technical questions from our clients.
• Provide technical training to clients when required and serve as a technical ‘mentor’ to other team members.
• Prioritise, escalate or directly resolve tickets.
• Liaise with developers in order to report bugs and ensure accurate documentation of issues.
• Provide visibility on the most important ongoing issues.
• Maintain and continually improve the internal and external documentation for clarity and completeness.

You have:

• Solid technical background focusing on web technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the different teams and clients using 3rd party tools like Atlassian Jira, HubSpot, Slack, Github, etc.
• Excellent understanding of the online advertising industry.
• Ability to solve problems, offer creative solutions and make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
• Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills (English), with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)

Considered a plus:

• Experience with doing technical training and webinars.
• Experience with directly supporting and communicating with clients for a SaaS online platform.
