SUMMARY

The technical Records Specialist is responsible for the Development of work scopes, Creation and certification of approved work scopes with the associated task cards, Management, control and updates of the organizations portfolio of task cards, Review and updating of all OEM AMM & ESM manuals for correct revision status.

• Development of workscopes as defined by the customer on the Job Information Request (VAI-E-1150).
• Creation and certification of approved workscopes with the associated task cards and the management of the task cards applicable with the defect rectification process, considering Human Factors principles.
• Management, control, and updates of the organization’s portfolio of task cards as published on the Task Card Master List (VAI-E-1154).
• Review and updating of all OEM AMM & ESM manuals for correct revision status.
• Asist in production planning of the workflow per the requirements of the daily maintenance planning event.
